Youth Entrepreneurship Programs

Grades4life Youth Programs empower young people with the skills, confidence, and real-world experience needed to succeed in school, career, and life. Our programs intentionally align withCareer and Technical Education (CTE) pathways and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) frameworks, helping schools reinforce academic achievement, workforce readiness, and positive school culture.

Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world application, students developfinancial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, leadership skills, and professional behaviorsthat directly connect to in-demand career skills. Participants explore career pathways, practice employability skills, manage money, and learn how to turn ideas into viable business opportunities.

Grades4life integrates PBIS-aligned incentives and accountability by rewarding students for positive behaviors such as attendance, participation, academic effort, goal completion, and collaboration. Our rewards-based approach reinforces desired behaviors while motivating students to take ownership of their progress.

Designed to complement classroom instruction, Grades4life Youth Programs can be delivered during the school day, after school, or within community-based settings. Programs are flexible, culturally responsive, and scalable—supporting middle school, high school, and young adult populations while aligning with district goals for CTE exposure, college and career readiness, and student engagement.
